This project investigates the cardiometabolic effects of crude acetylene exposure using a rodent model. The inhalation chamber is used to deliver controlled amounts of crude acetylene gas to the animals, simulating exposure to the ripening agent commonly used in fruit production. The goal is to assess the potential health risks associated with exposure to this chemical.
